Howard N. Schwartz is a 1979 graduate of DePaul College of law. He is admitted to practice before the Illinois and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, as well as the U.S. Tax Court. He provides expertise in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, ERISA, and sophisticated corporate and partnership transactions. Howard Schwartz is also a Certified Public Accountant and has significant experience in tax matters and in dealing with the Internal Revenue Service. He is a member of numerous bar associations as well as the Commercial Law League of America, the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association, and the Sports & Entertainment Law Section of the American Bar Association.

David R. Herzog is a 1975 graduate of the University of Illinois, College of Law. Mr. Herzog is licensed to practice before the Illinois Courts as well as the U.S. District Court and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He had been an adjunct professor of law at John Marshall Law School since 1976. Mr. Herzog has a wide spectrum of expertise in commercial matters, including estate planning. He has served on numerous committees of the Chicago Bar Association including the judicial evaluation committee and is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, Commercial Law League and National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. One of Mr. Herzog’s additional specialties is in the area of bankruptcy law where he serves as one of the members of the private panel of Bankruptcy Trustees for the Northern District of Illinois.
